Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of all raw materials including spring steel flat bars, coils, and accessories
- Ensure strict FIFO compliance for all materials; maintain proper FIFO tagging and bin management system
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP (RAMCO), including GRN entries, stock transfers, and material issue transactions
- Coordinate with SCM/Purchase team for timely material replenishment and raise indent based on reorder levels
- Perform daily cycle counting and monthly physical stock verification; reconcile differences and report variances
- Ensure complete material traceability by maintaining heat number, batch number, and MTC records for each lot
- Manage quarantine area for rejected and hold materials; coordinate with IQC and Purchase for proper disposition
- Coordinate with IQC for incoming material inspection and clearance before storage
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage conditions, and safe stacking practices
- Handle storage and monitoring of hazardous materials (cutting fluids, lubricants) as per safety and MSDS guidelines
- Implement and sustain 5S practices and visual management in stores and dock areas
- Ensure safe material handling and dock area safety during loading and unloading activities
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma / Any Degree (Preferred: Mechanical / Material Management)
- 3–6 years of experience in stores or inventory management in manufacturing industry
- Hands-on experience in ERP systems (preferably RAMCO)
- Knowledge of FIFO, inventory control, and material traceability
- Basic understanding of safety practices and hazardous material handling
- Willingness to work in factory environment and coordinate across departments

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
