Job Summary
We are looking for a B2B Sales Associate with prior experience in the job portal and recruitment solutions industry. The ideal candidate should have worked in a B2B sales role with organizations such as Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Apna, WorkIndia, Quess, or similar HR-tech and recruitment platforms. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring employers, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Hirevoo.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across industries
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, and business owners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and account management
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM
- Stay updated with recruitment industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications & Skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
✔ 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the recruitment, staffing, or job portal industry
B2B sales with enterprise and SME clients
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in HR-tech / recruitment / job portal sales
Ability to manage complete sales cycle end-to-end
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
