About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CCTV Engineer who can independently execute CCTV surveillance projects from planning to commissioning. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CCTV installation, networking, configuration, troubleshooting, and on-site project execution.
This is a field-based role involving travel across Gujarat for installation and commissioning of surveillance systems at client locations. If you enjoy working on challenging projects, solving technical problems, and delivering high-quality installations, we’d like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute complete CCTV projects from site survey to final commissioning.
- Install, configure, and commission IP CCTV Cameras, Analog CCTV Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, PoE Switches, Routers, and Networking Equipment.
- Perform structured cabling, Cat6 termination, rack installation, camera mounting, and equipment configuration.
- Configure LAN, IP addressing, remote viewing, mobile access, and internet connectivity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and surveillance system issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, service visits, and breakdown support.
- Coordinate with customers during installation and provide technical guidance wherever required.
- Maintain installation reports, service reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed within quality and timeline standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Video Surveillance Systems
- Networking (LAN, TCP/IP)
- PoE Switches
- Router Configuration
- Structured Cabling
- Remote Monitoring Setup
- Ability to independently handle complete CCTV projects from scratch.
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience with one or more leading surveillance brands is an advantage:

Experience with Access Control, Video Door Phones, Time Attendance Systems, or Intercom Systems will be an added advantage.
Travel Requirement
This position requires frequent travel across Gujarat.
Candidates should be comfortable traveling to project locations and staying outstation whenever required for project completion.
Travel expenses and accommodation during official project assignments will be fully reimbursed by the company as per company policy.
