Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company vehicle to transport cleaning staff, equipment, and materials to client locations.
- Supervise and coordinate the deep cleaning team on-site, ensuring tasks are completed as per company standards.
- Inspect sites before and after cleaning; maintain checklists and service reports.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure proper loading/unloading.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel logs, and service schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients and the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle any on-site issues or emergencies with maturity and professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in driving and supervising teams (preferably in cleaning, facility management, or related fields).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic record-keeping and reporting ability.
- Physically fit and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Preference will be given to retired personnel (ex-servicemen, facility supervisors, or senior drivers) with relevant experience.
