Solar Technician – Required Skills & Requirements
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar industry or electrical field.
Willingness to Travel
Candidate should be comfortable with frequent site visits and outstation travel as per project requirements.
Basic Knowledge of Solar Industry
Understanding of solar PV systems, including modules, inverters, structures, cables, and their basic working principles.
Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions at site.
Electrical Knowledge
Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, earthing, and safety practices.
Installation & Maintenance Skills
Experience or knowledge in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar systems.
Understanding of Drawings
Ability to read and interpret SLD (Single Line Diagram), wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
Communication Skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors.
Basic Tools Handling
Familiarity with electrical tools and testing instruments such as multimeter and clamp meter.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
