Job Summary
The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role includes preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and compliance with electrical safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control panels, motors, lighting systems, and factory equipment.
- Inspect electrical systems and identify faults or potential hazards.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Diagnose electrical problems using testing and measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Replace defective electrical components and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and report completed work to the supervisor.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Keep tools and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrician or Electrical Engineering.
- Valid electrical license/certification (if required by local regulations).
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot electrical systems.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and control panels.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
Working Conditions
- Work in a factory, workshop, or industrial environment.
- May involve standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting equipment.
- Exposure to electrical equipment, machinery, and noise while following all safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹29,970.62 per month
