Job Summary
The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gynecology clinic, ensuring efficient administration, high-quality patient service, and compliance with clinical and organizational standards. The role involves managing the front office, coordinating with doctors and clinical staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring a safe, patient-centric environment. This position does not include sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage front office activities, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
- Coordinate with gynecologists, nurses, laboratory personnel, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Supervise administrative and support staff, including scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain patient records and administrative documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor clinic cleanliness, hygiene, infection control practices, and overall facility maintenance.
- Manage inventory of medical and office supplies and coordinate timely procurement.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Coordinate maintenance of medical equipment and clinic infrastructure.
- Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of clinic staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in team handling 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in women's healthcare or specialty clinics is an advantage.
