We are looking for a skilled Vendor Management Executive (Shifting Quotation Coordinator) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our Packers and Movers department. Your primary responsibility will be communicating with external vendors, managing relations with other packers and movers, negotiating truck rates, and working closely with our sales team to ensure smooth operations.This is a 100% Work from Home (Remote) desk operations role as of now. We do NOT require warehouse helpers, packers, or manual loaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Source, connect, and maintain strong networks with external vehicle owners, transporters, and other packers/movers companies.
- Sales Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with our Sales Executives to understand client shifting requirements and arrange immediate solutions.
- Price Negotiation: Use your sharp negotiation skills with other packers and movers to secure the best competitive market prices, protecting company profit margins.
- Vehicle Allocation: Book the exact vehicles required for residential shifts (e.g., 10ft vehicles for 1 BHK, 14ft vehicles for 2 BHK) and ensure timely placements.
Who Should NOT Apply (Strict Criteria)
- NO Warehouse Workers / Picking & Packing staff.
- NO Physical loading, unloading, or field labor required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of mandatory operations/vendor onboarding experience in a Packers and Movers or Logistics company.
- Communication Skills: Strong, professional verbal communication skills to pitch, negotiate, and coordinate daily.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial truck sizing (10ft, 14ft, Tata Ace, Bolero) and shifting cost calculations.
- Work From Home Setup: Must possess a functional laptop, a reliable smartphone, and a high-speed stable internet connection.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹29,214.65 per month
