We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR & Admin Executive who can build a strong team while ensuring smooth office operations.
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, employee engagement, HR documentation, office administration, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the studio.
This role requires someone who enjoys interacting with people, is highly organized, and can multitask in a fast-paced creative environment.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Draft and post job openings across hiring platforms.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Conduct HR interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring reports.
Complete joining formalities.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Create employee files and maintain HR records.
Conduct orientation for new employees.
Coordinate induction with different departments.
Employee Management
Maintain and update all employee documentation, including personnel files, employment records and attendance records.
Track probation and confirmation.
Coordinate performance reviews.
Handle employee grievances professionally.
Organize employee engagement activities.
Ensure smooth daily office operations.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate housekeeping and office maintenance.
Supervise office cleanliness.
Maintain meeting rooms and common areas.
Ensure office assets are properly maintained.
Coordinate with Internet providers, Equipment vendors, Office suppliers, Courier services, Housekeeping staff & Maintenance agencies.
Coordinate with all departments.
Maintain office calendars & Schedule meetings.
Arrange travel bookings when required.
Coordinate client visits.
Support production team for administrative Requirements.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
2–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Experience in media, production house, creative agency, or startup environment is an added advantage.
