About the Role
We are building a next-generation SaaS platform in the Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement space. We are looking for a passionate Junior Laravel Developer who is eager to learn, write clean code, and grow into a strong full-stack developer.
You will work closely with the Technical Lead to develop new features, fix bugs, integrate APIs, and build a high-quality SaaS product using modern AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend modules using Laravel and PHP.
- Build and maintain REST APIs.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Work with MySQL databases and optimize queries.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Fix bugs and improve existing features.
- Collaborate with the Frontend Developer and QA Engineer.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
- Learn and implement best software development practices.
- Use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Laravel and PHP development.
- Good understanding of MySQL.
- Knowledge of REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Redis and Queues.
- Exposure to SaaS application development.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Familiarity with Linux development environment.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot.
