Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for all products.
- Handle stock inward and outward processes efficiently.
- Verify received goods with purchase orders and invoices.
- Prepare and update GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliation.
- Implement FIFO method to ensure proper stock rotation.
- Track expiry dates and manage damaged or near-expiry products.
- Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for stock availability.
- Update all inventory transactions in ERP/POS systems.
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Identify stock discrepancies and take corrective action.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management in FMCG/retail sector
- Experience in ERP/POS systems
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in FMCG retail, supermarket, or warehouse inventory management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
