Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the nursing team across all shifts.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift scheduling.
- Monitor nursing documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare departments.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve patient or staff concerns.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (M.Sc. Nursing preferred).
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- 3–5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
