Sambram College is seeking a Malayalam-speaking Student Counsellor to support student admissions, counselling, and enrolment activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online channels.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Maintain accurate enquiry and admission records.
- Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams for campaigns and events.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and admission drives.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling, admissions, telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and data management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Compensation
- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
