Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
- Experience in software development lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system requirements.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning in mainframe environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
