The Purchase Executive manages the procurement process from vendor identification to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up. The role focuses on maintaining uninterrupted production by ensuring the availability of materials at optimal cost and quality.

· Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Purchasing
· Source and procure raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables as per production requirements.
· Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple suppliers.
· Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
· Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Vendor Management
· Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
· Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery.
· Resolve supplier-related issues and disputes.
Inventory Coordination
· Coordinate with production, stores, and planning departments to understand material requirements.
· Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases to avoid stock shortages.
· Support inventory optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
· Ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement
Cost Control
· Analyse market trends and pricing.
· Seek opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
· Compare supplier quotations and recommend the most suitable option.
Documentation & Compliance
· Verify Invoices with supporting documents.
· Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
· Track purchase orders and delivery schedules.
· Assist in audits and reporting activities.
