Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage end-to-end operations across the company website and online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other B2B/B2C platforms.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, content, and SEO to improve visibility and conversions.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Monitor sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, and other key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with inventory, procurement, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve customer experience.
- Manage digital merchandising, catalog updates, and marketplace compliance.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and business performance dashboards for management.
- Stay updated with emerging e-commerce technologies, marketplace policies, and renewable energy market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce.
- Experience in renewable energy, electrical products, solar, EV, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, and performance marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
