Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
* Manage end-to-end procurement for workplace interior projects, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations, purchase order management, and contract administration.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliable delivery.
* Collaborate with Design, Estimation, Project Management, and Finance teams during budgeting, value engineering, and project execution phases.
* Lead commercial negotiations and secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
* Monitor procurement schedules and proactively address supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
* Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality, service, and cost management.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations, and governance standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
* 5–7 years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 4 years in workplace interiors, commercial fit-outs, design & build, or construction-related industries.
* Strong understanding of interior materials, subcontracting packages, procurement planning, and commercial management.
* Proven experience in vendor development, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations.
* Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and cost objectives.
Preferred Experience
* Experience working with workplace interiors, corporate office fit-outs, design-build firms, or turnkey interior contracting organizations.
* Established supplier and subcontractor network within the interiors and construction ecosystem.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
