Job Description:
A2G Load is actively hiring experienced Freight Brokers with a strong business book and proven track record in the logistics industry. If you have at least 1 year of hands-on experience and can manage loads, carriers, and clients efficiently, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Source and negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships
- Track shipments and resolve any transit issues
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Freight Broker
- Active book of business preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of load boards and freight management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
