Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management
- Assist in managing day-to-day F&B operations
- Supervise restaurant, bar, and banquet service
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff
- Monitor service quality and guest experience
2. Staff Supervision
- Train, mentor, and supervise F&B team members
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Ensure staff follow service standards and grooming policies
- Handle team motivation and conflict resolution
3. Customer Service
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain strong guest relationships
4. Financial Control
- Assist in budgeting and cost control
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage
- Support in achieving revenue targets
- Check daily sales reports and expenses
5. Hygiene & Safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas
- Follow local health regulations
6. Inventory & Procurement
- Assist in ordering food, beverages, and supplies
- Maintain stock records and prevent shortages/overstocking
7. Event & Banquet Support
- Coordinate and supervise events, parties, and banquets
- Ensure proper setup and service during functions
