Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior 3D Visualization & Rendering Expert with a passion for architecture and design to create world-class architectural visualizations for luxury villas, premium apartments, commercial developments, plotted communities, and high-rise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D models from CAD, SketchUp, and Revit files.
- Create ultra-photorealistic interior & exterior renderings.
- Produce day, dusk, and night architectural visualizations.
- Design cinematic walkthroughs and aerial flythrough animations.
- Perform advanced post-production using Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, project managers, and the marketing team.
- Maintain high-quality visualization standards and optimize rendering workflows.
Mandatory Software Skills
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- Blender
- V-Ray
- Corona Renderer
- Lumion / D5 Render / Twinmotion
- Adobe Photoshop
- AutoCAD
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Animation, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Architectural Visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing premium residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
