About the Company
Salaams Holding Group is a diversified business group with interests across multiple sectors. We are looking for a proactive, dependable, and highly organized Operations & Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Group and manage the operations of Salaams Kailas Residential Facility for Women, one of our subsidiary organizations.
This is a hands-on role requiring an individual who can independently manage operational, administrative, compliance, and people-related responsibilities while ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Salaams Holding Group and its subsidiary organizations.
- Manage the operations and administration of Salaams Kailas Residential Facility for Women.
- Manage smooth work flow of construction and maintenace works
- Coordinate procurement of goods, supplies, and services while ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
- Liaise with the company's Accountant and Chartered Accountant's office regarding accounts, taxation, statutory filings, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with various Government departments for obtaining and renewing licenses, registrations, permits, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and reports.
- Supervise and guide employees, delegate responsibilities, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and productive work environment through effective people management.
- Ensure proper maintenance, utilization, and safeguarding of company assets and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Submit periodic operational updates and reports directly to the Managing Director.
- Perform any other administrative or operational responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Administration, Office Management, or Facility Management.
- Proven ability to independently manage day-to-day business operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and employee management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Basic understanding of accounting processes, statutory compliance, and office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred
- MBA, M.Com, Engineering graduates or any other suitable qualification.
- Experience working in organizations with multiple business interests.
- Experience dealing with Government departments and statutory authorities.
- Valid driving licence.

Reporting Structure
The Operations & Administration Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will be entrusted with ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning of the Group's day-to-day operations.
