The Automobile Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve vehicle sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to dealership standards. The role involves motivating the team, monitoring daily sales activities, supporting customer interactions, and driving overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Allocate daily leads and monitor follow-up activities.
- Assist the team in converting inquiries into vehicle bookings and deliveries.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and review team performance.
- Guide sales executives on product features, financing options, and competitor comparisons.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Support the team during customer negotiations and deal closures.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, lead status, and customer records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Identify training needs and coach team members to improve their performance.
- Monitor showroom discipline, customer handling, and dealership standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
