AN ELITE HEALTHCARE SERVICES is a leading healthcare outsourcing company providing qualified medical professionals and healthcare support services to hospitals across Delhi NCR. Our services include Consultants, Resident Medical Officers (RMOs), ICU doctors, Senior Residents, Medical Officers, Nursing Staff, and other hospital manpower solutions.
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Hospital Business Development & Marketing Executive to expand our hospital network and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare institutions on a daily basis.
Meet Hospital Owners, Directors, CEOs, Medical Superintendents, Administrators, HR Heads, and arrange for a meeting.
Present the company's healthcare outsourcing and staffing solutions.
Generate new business opportunities for doctor outsourcing, RMO services, ICU staffing, nursing manpower, and other healthcare services.
Conduct presentations and explain service modules to prospective clients.
Build long-term professional relationships with hospital management.
Identify upcoming hospitals and expansion projects requiring medical staffing.
Follow up with prospective clients until successful closure of contracts.
Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and meeting records.
Coordinate with the management team for proposal preparation and commercial discussions.
Achieve monthly business development targets.
Eligibility
Graduate in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare business development, medical equipment sales, diagnostics, or healthcare staffing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with field work and extensive travel across Delhi NCR.
Good knowledge of hospitals and healthcare industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates having experience with hospitals, diagnostic centres, pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment companies, healthcare recruitment firms, or healthcare service providers will be preferred.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹15000–₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Minimum 6–8 hospital visits per day.
Generate at least 20–25 qualified leads per month.
Schedule 15–20 management meetings per month.

Convert a minimum of 2–3 new hospital contracts every quarter.
Maintain complete CRM records and submit daily activity reports.
