Job Summary
Tarini Edifice Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Business Analysts to bridge the gap between clients and the development team by understanding business requirements and translating them into effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, documentation, and client management skills with prior experience in software development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through client meetings and workshops.
- Conduct in-house discussions and client visits to understand business processes and project needs.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in solution design and ensure requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications.
- Conduct software demonstrations, requirement walk throughs, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage change requests and maintain project documentation.
- Support project implementation and post-deployment activities.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure timely project communication.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRMS, Web Applications, and Mobile Applications is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or MBA.
- 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
- Experience in client-facing roles, software requirement analysis, and project coordination is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and requirement discussions (TA provided).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
