Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Promote and sell the company's plywood products to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify customer requirements and market trends.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Previous experience in the plywood, building materials, hardware, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and field sales activities.
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
