Role: Project Consultant
Reporting to: Head – Interior & Architectural Solutions
Job Overview:
The Project Consultant shall be responsible for understanding customer and project requirements, interpreting architectural and interior drawings, conducting site measurements, coordinating with architects, contractors and customers, and generating accurate project requirements for estimation and quotation purposes. The role acts as the technical bridge between customers, the design team, estimation team, and execution partners to ensure accurate proposals and successful project conversion.
Job Description:
Project Assessment & Requirement Gathering
- Study architectural, structural and interior design drawings to identify product opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements for flooring, cladding, decking, ceilings, doors, windows, wardrobes, stair treads and other engineered wood solutions.
- Understand customer requirements, design intent, material preferences and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed project requirement sheets and measurement reports.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors and project stakeholders for technical clarifications.
- Work closely with the estimation and design teams to prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), quantity take-offs and quotations.
- Ensure project specifications are technically feasible and commercially viable.
- Support product selection and recommend suitable Treet solutions based on project requirements.
Quotation & Proposal Support
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and project presentations.
- Verify quantities, measurements and specifications before quotation submission.
- Support revision and updating of quotations based on customer feedback and design modifications.
Project Tracking
- Maintain project records, drawings, measurements and quotation history.
- Track project progress from enquiry stage through order closure.
- Provide regular project updates to the Head – Interior & Architectural Solutions.
Skill and Competence Requirement:
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, estimation, interior fit-outs, construction materials, modular furniture, doors/windows, flooring or related industries.
Technical Skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity take-off and measurement techniques.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
- Understanding of construction materials and interior finishing products.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
