What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. Qualification: Bachelor in Marketing, Business, Communications or related •Workstream / Function: Brand & Marketing / Customer Lifecycle Marketing •Role Purpose: Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and activities across channels, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence and alignment with brand strategy and commercial objectives. "• Relevant years marketing planning/coordination experience in retail, FMCG or agency • Strong project management skills; experience with marketing workflow tools (Workfront, Asana, Monday) • Proficient in Excel/Sheets for budget tracking and planning • Understanding of integrated marketing (ATL, BTL, digital, CRM, retail media) • Experience with DAM and marketing asset management systems • Excellent stakeholder coordination across creative, media and analytics functions • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills"
Roles and Responsibilities: •"• Develop and manage integrated marketing plans across campaigns, channels and touchpoints • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables and dependencies across creative, media and analytics teams • Manage marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with trading moments, promotions and brand initiatives • Brief internal teams and external agencies on campaign requirements and deliverables • Track campaign budgets, purchase orders and vendor invoices; reconcile against plan • Monitor campaign progress, flag risks and coordinate mitigation actions • Support post-campaign analysis and reporting; capture learnings for future planning • Maintain marketing asset repository and ensure brand compliance across all materials • Collaborate with CLM, Insights and Coles 360 teams on cross-functional campaigns"
