Senior Client Servicing Executive
Position Overview
The Senior Client Servicing Executive will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and seamless event delivery. This position requires a highly skilled professional who can confidently manage premium clients, lead project discussions, handle budgets & costing, and oversee end-to-end coordination with internal teams and external partners.
You must demonstrate strong communication, negotiation ability, creative thinking, and leadership in every client interaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-driven client relationships.
- Understand the client’s event objectives and convert them into well-defined briefs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions confidently.
B. Planning & Strategy
- Convert client briefs into strong event concepts, ideas, and themes.
- Present company portfolio, capabilities, market trends, and creative suggestions.
- Develop highly polished presentations, mood boards, and proposal decks.
- Conduct in-depth research on new themes, décor trends, and creative directions.
C. Costing & Budgeting
- Prepare accurate costings and quotations in coordination with the costing team.
- Ensure budgets are realistic, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.
- Maintain profitability without compromising on quality.
- Explain budgets, line items, and value additions clearly to clients.
D. Negotiation & Closure
- Handle client negotiations with confidence and clarity.
- Follow up proactively to convert proposals into confirmed business.
- Negotiate with vendors/artists to maintain cost efficiency.
E. Project Delegation & Execution Oversight
- Brief the Project Head and internal teams thoroughly on client expectations.
- Ensure the execution team works exactly as per the approved plan.
- Monitor timelines, quality checks, production accuracy, and final delivery.
- Provide on-ground support during event execution when required.
- Resolve challenges quickly and professionally.
F. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with vendors, artists, venues, and production teams.
- Maintain professional and smooth communication with all external partners.
G. Reporting & Process Compliance
- Share project updates, client feedback, and follow-up reports with management.
- Maintain documentation, databases, and SOP compliance.
- Complete any additional responsibilities assigned by HOD or top management.
Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
- Graduation / MBA in Management, Marketing, or Event Management preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in client servicing within events / weddings / experiential agencies.
- Experience handling high-value clients and premium events is a strong advantage.
