Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to manage enquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, emails, websites, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Prepare and share quotations in coordination with technical/design teams.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for order execution.
- Generate sales MIS reports and track conversion metrics.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Diploma background preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B or industrial inside sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in industrial products, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong enquiry-to-order conversion track record.
- Excellent organizational and relationship management skills.
