Key Responsibilities-
- Managing front desk operations and attending to walk-ins, calls, and client queries
- Handling client interaction in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing appointments, scheduling, and coordination with therapists and staff
- Maintaining records, documentation, and daily reports accurately
- Handling billing, payments, invoices, and maintaining payment records
- Coordinating with different departments for smooth operational flow
- Ensuring proper follow-up with clients regarding appointments and payments
- Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Assisting management in administrative and operational tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications-
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Strong documentation and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹8,617.42 - ₹14,000.00 per month
