Tender Intelligence & Bid Research Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Intelligence & Bid Research Analyst to identify, analyze, and qualify business opportunities from Government, PSU, Enterprise, Education, Healthcare, and International procurement portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor tender portals, GeM, RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and procurement notices.
- Analyze eligibility criteria, technical requirements, commercial terms, EMDs, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare tender summaries, bid/no-bid recommendations, and opportunity assessment reports.
- Track competitor activities, procurement trends, and award histories.
- Maintain tender databases and intelligence repositories.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and management teams for bid strategy and proposal planning.
- Utilize AI tools for document analysis, research, and requirement extraction.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to review and summarize complex tender documents.
- Knowledge of Government and Enterprise procurement processes.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
Preferred:
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, or Government Projects. Familiarity with AI tools and procurement portals is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
