- Returning unwanted merchandise to the sales floor.

Basic Sales Skills
- Cross-selling and upselling related products.
- Encouraging purchases by providing helpful recommendations.

Store Procedures
- Knowledge of store rules regarding returns, exchanges, and loss prevention.
