Known for our hygiene, service, and unique taste, we are expanding steadily and building a strong, motivated workforce. To support this growth, we are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our HR functions, focusing on recruitment, employee training, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
● Talent Acquisition & Recruitment ○ Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of staff, including outlet and head office positions. ○ Quickly identify, attract, and onboard suitable candidates to meet operational requirements. ○ Develop a strong talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
● Training & Development ○ Design and deliver effective training programs for new employees and existing staff, with a strong focus on restaurant operations and customer service. ○ Conduct regular training sessions for outlet managers, sales staff, kitchen staff, and cleaning staff. ○ Evaluate training effectiveness and update content as needed.
● HR Strategy & Policies ○ Implement HR strategies aligned with company goals to support business growth. ○ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. ○ Provide guidance to management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and performance management.
● Employee Engagement & Retention ○ Develop employee engagement initiatives to maintain a motivated workforce. ○ Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. ○ Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
● HR Operations ○ Oversee HR administration, payroll coordination, and record-keeping. ○ Collaborate with department heads to align HR activities with operational needs. ○ Prepare HR reports and updates for management. Qualifications & Requirements
● MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
● 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR management role.
● Proven experience in recruitment and employee training, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant/retail industry.
● Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and deliver quick results in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
