Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other web services as required.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless functionality.
- Maintain website security and implement best practices to protect web applications.
- Perform regular updates, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and development trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in web development (freshers with strong project portfolios are encouraged to apply).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Node.js, or similar backend technologies.
- Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, Express.js, or comparable frameworks.
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party API integration.
- Experience using Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of website security, authentication, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of cloud hosting, deployment, and server management is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce or Shopify.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
