Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Engagement:
Store Sales: Welcome and assist walk-in clients, offering personalized styling advice, fabric suggestions, and outfit coordination
Order Customization: Guide clients through customization and trial room fittings, accurately capturing measurements and design preferences to pass on to the tailoring unit.
Client Relationships: Maintain an active client database, utilizing WhatsApp and follow-up calls to update regular patrons on new arrivals, festive collections, and seasonal sales.
Billing & Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, cash handling, and point-of-sale billing.
Merchandising & Inventory Management:
Visual Merchandising: Design and maintain stunning in-store and window displays that highlight our latest embroidered pieces, fabrics, and silhouettes.
Production Coordination: Act as a bridge between the sales floor and our Master Tailor/production team to ensure client orders and altered garments are delivered on time and up to quality standards.
Stock Tracking: Track inventory levels of raw fabrics ready-to-wear pieces, identifying fast-moving items to ensure optimal stock levels.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
