Junior Associate, GTS will provide first-level IT support, troubleshooting, device setup, user
account management, and ticket handling to ensure smooth IT operations. Requires a Bachelor’s
degree in IT or related field with 2–4 years’ experience in IT support and knowledge of Windows 11,
Microsoft 365, Zoho Suite, and basic troubleshooting skills.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
2 – 4 years of experience in IT support.
Good understanding of Windows 11, O365, Zoho Suite and general IT troubleshooting.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is an advantage.
Exposure to cloud applications and endpoint management is helpful.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
