Position Overview
We are looking for an Accountant who can independently manage bookkeeping and accounting assignments for U.S.-based clients while delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality financial information.
This is not a data-entry role.
You will communicate directly with U.S. clients, coordinate with CPAs, solve accounting problems, and gradually develop into a Senior Associate and future Team Lead.
Excellent English communication is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Client Accounting
- Independently manage assigned client accounts.
- Maintain books using QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Record and classify transactions accurately.
- Perform AP & AR management.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Loan reconciliations.
- Inter-company reconciliations.
- Fixed asset schedules.
- General Ledger review.
Month-End & Year-End Close
- Prepare month-end closing.
- Journal entries.
- Accruals.
- Prepaid schedules.
- Depreciation entries.
- Closing checklists.
- CPA-ready workpapers.
Financial Reporting
Prepare:
- Profit & Loss
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow Statement
- Management Reports
- Supporting Schedules
Client Communication
Candidates should confidently communicate with U.S. clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Client emails
- Requirement follow-ups
- Zoom/Google Meet calls
- Explaining financial reports
- Collecting missing information
- Coordinating with CPAs
- Responding to client queries professionally

Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent
- 1–3 years of U.S. Accounting experience
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Month-end close experience
- Excellent analytical ability
