About the Role
Connecting Dots ERP is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SAP EWM Trainer to deliver industry-focused training programs to students, working professionals, and corporate learners. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and a passion for mentoring learners through practical, real-world business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct SAP EWM training sessions in online and classroom formats.
- Design and update course content, assignments, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Deliver hands-on training covering end-to-end warehouse management processes.
- Guide students in understanding real-time business scenarios and project execution.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and certification preparation sessions.
- Provide continuous support and mentorship to learners.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA developments.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Warehouse Structure and Organizational Elements
- Inbound and Outbound Processing
- Goods Receipt and Goods Issue Processes
- Putaway and Picking Strategies
- Internal Warehouse Movements
- Physical Inventory Management
- Warehouse Monitoring and Reporting
- Resource Management
- Slotting and Rearrangement
- Value-Added Services (VAS)
- Cross-Docking Processes
- RF Framework and Mobile Data Entry
- Wave Management
- Yard Management
- Labor Management (preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM functionalities.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex warehouse processes for learners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, IT, or a related field.
- SAP EWM Certification preferred.
- Experience in SAP implementation, support, or consulting projects.
- Corporate training experience will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of SAP EWM training experience.
- Experience in conducting classroom, online, or corporate training programs.
- Proven track record of training students, professionals, and corporate teams.
