Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and welcome visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and maintain records.
- Receive, organize, and file invoices and office documents.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day office requirements.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Support general office administration and operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Tally)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior administrative or office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
