Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and execute our industrial construction projects in Chakan MIDC. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from site mobilization to final handover. The ideal candidate will ensure that the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Execution: Oversee complete site operations, including civil, structural (PEB/RCC), and MEP works.
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor forces effectively.
- Client & Consultant Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and structural consultants for approvals and meetings.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, control material wastage, and ensure the project remains profitable.
- Billing & Cash Flow: Review and approve subcontractor bills, and prepare/submit running account (RA) bills to the client on time.
- Material Procurement: Coordinate with the purchase department to ensure timely delivery of steel, cement, PEB components, and other materials.
- Safety & Quality: Implement strict safety protocols (HSE) on-site and maintain zero-compromise quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR qualification is an added advantage).
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience, Project Manager/Deputy PM in Industrial Projects (Automobile plants, Warehouses, Heavy Engineering factories).
- Software Knowledge: Understanding of MS Project (MSP) or Primavera to monitor schedules, and proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel.
- Local Knowledge: Experience in handling local issues, labor unions, and authorities in the Chakan/Pune MIDC area is highly preferred.
