Job Summary
The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas while delivering exceptional guest service. The role ensures all assigned areas meet the hotel's quality and brand standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change bed linens, and replace used towels.
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, tea/coffee supplies, and minibar items (where applicable).
- Clean bathrooms, furniture, windows, mirrors, floors, and fixtures.
- Ensure guest rooms are clean, hygienic, and ready before check-in.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, lobbies, elevators, and staff areas.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Handle lost and found items as per hotel policy.
- Maintain housekeeping trolley, equipment, and cleaning chemicals properly.
- Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper usage of master keys and maintain guest privacy and security.
- Update room status and complete assigned cleaning records.
- Assist with deep cleaning schedules and special cleaning projects.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and laundry departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of housekeeping experience in hotels are welcome.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
Working Conditions
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
