Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Staff member to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support our chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist chefs with chopping vegetables, prepping meat, and organizing ingredients according to station requirements.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation. Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are washed and stored properly.
- Inventory Support: Assist in receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a healthy environment for staff and guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure orders are prepared efficiently and on time.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant preferred (Freshers with a passion for cooking are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift kitchen supplies.
