Job Summary
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating after-sales service activities for educational institutions, ensuring timely support for trainer kits, laboratory equipment, and educational products. The role involves handling customer service requests, assigning service engineers, tracking service status, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service coordination.
Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Coordinator
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and educational institutions for all service-related requests.
- Coordinate with customers, service engineers, and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Schedule and assign service calls to engineers based on priority, location, and availability.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for service engineers during on-site service visits.
- Communicate service schedules, provide regular status updates, and follow up with customers until service closure.
- Prepare service quotations, invoices, and coordinate payment follow-up with the Accounts team.
- Maintain accurate service records, customer communications, and service documentation in the service management system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly service reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth execution of service activities.
- Monitor pending service requests and ensure timely closure while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree any related discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service coordination, service operations, or technical support.
- Experience in handling educational institutions or laboratory equipment is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong coordination and scheduling abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of electronics or laboratory equipment is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
