Business Development Executive– IT Company (Rajkot)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, lead generation, client communication, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Identify client requirements and present suitable IT/ERP solutions.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow up with prospects.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Update CRM and maintain sales pipeline records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements and client onboarding.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, ERP Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with lead generation and client acquisition.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
