What this job involves Expertise in Accounting You will be engaging in areas of finance like accounting, budgeting, expense management, vendor management etc. for which you will be maintaining a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. Working alongside the Portfolio Head and other portfolio team members you’ll help formulate the broader account plan and related to the cost savings & revenue
Using Digital Platform and Various in house tools You are administrative professional not only tech-savvy but also well-versed in the company's most-used tools. You have proactively updated your administrative assistant skills through training and are comfortable in using various systems like
Creative and Critical thinking skills You take charge and initiative to help the business become more efficient. You're on the front lines every day — overseeing day-to-day operations, selecting vendors and negotiating contracts — putting you in the perfect position to look for opportunities to cut expenses.

Experienced
You will have a Degree / Diploma with relevant educational background in Accounting & Finance/ Commerce with min 2-3 years of work experience. A Good knowledge of computer applications (Tally) & GAAP would be desirable. Knowledge of Budgeting & Cost Control procedures, Preparation of Financial summaries, Cash Flows Statements, Account Reconciliation etc would be an added advantage.
Being Analytical and Meticulous
You must pay attention to detail and have excellent accounting and financial management knowledge and skills. Possess the ability to collate information into the system and maintain it in the record books.
Your key deliverables will be to:
Receive invoices from vendor and update in invoice tracker
Prepare invoice stamp, review correctness of invoices, and obtain approval from property manager before sending to back office team for booking in accounting software.
Process vendor payments and conduct vendor reconciliation twice a year with balance confirmation from vendors
You will be responsible to accurate generation of common area maintenance, utility and other invoice, collection, updating in accounting software.
Ensure the preparation of year-end expense reconciliation reports and monitor tenant collections/credits.
Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings
Prepare all financial reports and review with Compliance and Liaisoning Manager.
Assist in annual budget preparation and year-end recoveries.
Oversee the design, documentation and testing of compliance control activities
Conduct regular audits of internal control processes and systems
Oversee updates to defined process & controls documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines etc.
Gather documentation to support negotiated resolution of non-compliance issues.
Liaise with local agencies and maintains contact with applicable agencies/organizations like police / municipal / urban development authority / ESIC / EPF for guidance in the solution of compliance problems.
Monitor and evaluate contract/contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract; recommends action(s) to correct deficiencies.
Coordinate with government agencies for inspection.
Coordinate to obtain various license / clearance.
Coordinate labour law compliances for Property operations team.
