Position: Jr / Sr. Design Engineer
> Qualification: Mechanical in Diploma / BE / ME.
> Design Software: Expert level skills in AutoCAD & Solid Works especially in development of Sheet Metal Fabrication projects.
> Experience: Minimum 3 years in sheet metal fabrication industry. (Don't Apply Fresher)
* Plan and oversee engineering support activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) and other improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality output within specified timeframes, in collaboration with senior team members.
* Execute diverse projects and assignments, ranging from concept design to NPD, ERP Generated Bills of Materials (BOM), CAD modelling, GD&T detailing (using Solidworks Tool), and Change Orders, maintaining organizational quality standards.
* Spiral Conveyor & material handling Equipment machine manufacturing Exp.
* Gear motor selection Good knowledge,
* Rendering image for Web designing. Using like Blender and Photoshop.
* Rapidly acquire and assimilate product knowledge essential for project execution.
* Drive the design and development of parts/ assemblies, delivering comprehensive design packages comprising 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and BOM structures.
* Foster regular interaction with cross-functional teams across global locations to ensure seamless project coordination and meet product design requirements and deadlines.
* Actively participate in scheduled customer and internal review meetings, offering insights and recommendations.
