· Minimum of 10 years’ retail managerial experience required
· Proven Track record of meeting retail sales targets
· Good understanding of financial acumen
· Experience in managing team size of 30 or more
· Strong leadership & Communication skills
· Ability to build & maintain long-term client relationships
· Candidates must be willing to relocate to South Africa
