Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective students/customers, generate leads, and support the admissions and sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers
- Explain courses, programs, and services effectively
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Coordinate with the counseling and sales teams
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two / Degree qualification
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
