Overview:
A fast-growing SaaS company is building a cutting-edge product carbon footprint and lifecycle analysis platform. The platform supports global enterprises in navigating the sustainable economy through real-time analytics, secure infrastructure, and seamless data integrations.
We are seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer or Architect to lead the technical vision, architecture, and development strategy for our cloud-based platform. This is a high-impact role with strong ownership across engineering and system design.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based systems
Oversee and contribute to full-stack development using Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL
Define infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and best-in-class CI/CD practices
Ensure secure authentication and authorization (e.g., Auth0, SOC-2 readiness)
Implement Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) encryption
Lead data integration pipelines using Airbyte and build robust ETL workflows
Own system deployment, monitoring, and fault tolerance using NATS and other messaging systems
Drive automation and testing strategies using tools like GitHub Actions
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science, and sustainability teams
Mentor junior engineers and influence key technical decisions
