Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to lead and scale our global lead generation
function with a primary focus on the US market. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 10+ lead
generation specialists, driving innovative outreach strategies, and consistently generating high-quality qualified leads
and meetings for the sales team.
This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise technology services and the ability to identify opportunities
across industries through targeted campaigns, outbound programs, and creative prospecting strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy & Execution:
-
Develop and execute lead generation strategies focused primarily on the US market, while supporting
campaigns across APAC, EMEA, India, and Australia -
Build and implement multi-channel outbound strategies including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns,
intent data, and digital marketing initiatives -
Continuously explore innovative and out-of-the-box approaches to generate high-quality leads and
meetings -
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align target accounts, ICPs, and messaging strategies

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ lead generation specialists

Set monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and ensure consistent performance across the team

Qualified leads generated

Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs to improve team

Enable the team with relevant messaging and use cases to engage enterprise prospects effectively

Campaign & Process Optimization:

Work closely with marketing teams to run account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation campaigns

Evaluate and implement lead generation tools, automation platforms, and data sources
-
Track campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies to improve lead quality and conversion
rates
Required Skills & Experience:
-
8–12+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or demand generation within IT services or technology
consulting -
4–6+ years of experience managing lead generation teams

Proven experience generating leads in North America (US) with strong exposure to EMEA and APAC markets

Strong understanding of enterprise technology services and platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, BMC,
AI/ML, and Data Engineering -
Experience working with sales teams in global markets, particularly US enterprise clients

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with IT services, digital transformation, or consulting organizations

Exposure to ABM strategies and enterprise prospecting frameworks

Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Outreach, or
similar platforms
